By accessing or using CatastroIntel (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are accessing the Service on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms, in which case "you" refers to that entity.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not access or use the Service. Continued use of the Service after any modification to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
The Service is operated by CatastroIntel LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("CatastroIntel," "we," "us," or "our").
CatastroIntel provides compliance intelligence reports on mining operators in Peru. Reports aggregate data from publicly available Peruvian government sources including INGEMMET (cadastral registry), OEFA (environmental enforcement), MINEM/BEM (production registry), and REINFO (informal mining operator registry).
Important: CatastroIntel provides compliance screening and due diligence support only. Reports are informational tools and do not constitute legal advice, investment advice, regulatory certification, or any form of professional opinion. They are not a substitute for qualified legal, technical, or financial counsel.
Reports may include AI-generated analyst commentary produced by large language models. See Section 6 for AI-specific terms.
Data in our reports is sourced from third-party government databases and may not reflect the most current regulatory status. We do not independently verify the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of underlying source data.
To access the Service, you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
The Service is offered under the following access tiers:
We reserve the right to modify tier features and pricing with 30 days' notice. Your existing subscription will not be retroactively repriced during an active billing period.
Payment is processed by Stripe, Inc., a third-party payment processor. We do not store your payment card information. By providing payment information, you agree to Stripe's terms of service and privacy policy.
One-time purchases (Single, Bundle): Payment is charged at the time of purchase. Because reports are delivered digitally and immediately upon payment, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued after a report has been generated or delivered, except where required by applicable law.
Subscriptions (Standard, Unlimited): Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you will retain access through that date. No partial-month refunds are issued.
If a payment fails, we will notify you by email. Failure to cure a failed payment within 7 days may result in suspension or termination of your account.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of applicable fees, CatastroIntel grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and use the Service and generated reports for your internal business purposes only.
You may not:
Sharing reports within your organization, including with clients as part of a due diligence engagement, is permitted provided the report is shared in its entirety and the CatastroIntel branding and disclaimers are preserved.
Certain report sections include commentary generated by artificial intelligence systems, including Claude (Anthropic). AI-generated commentary is produced automatically based on the structured data in the report and is not reviewed by a human analyst before delivery.
AI commentary is a first-pass analytical framework only. It does not constitute professional advice of any kind and should not be cited as such in any transaction, filing, or regulatory submission. All AI-generated content should be verified by qualified professionals before reliance.
AI systems may produce inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading output. CatastroIntel makes no warranty regarding the accuracy or fitness for purpose of AI-generated commentary and expressly disclaims liability for any reliance on such output.
Report data is sourced from publicly available Peruvian government databases. We aggregate, normalize, and score this data but do not independently audit or verify it. Government databases may contain errors, omissions, delays, or inconsistencies.
THE SERVICE AND ALL REPORTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that:
The CatastroIntel platform, scoring methodology, report templates, and branding are the exclusive property of CatastroIntel LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property law.
Underlying government data (INGEMMET cadastral records, OEFA enforcement data, MINEM/BEM registry data, REINFO registry data) is sourced from public Peruvian government databases and is not proprietary to CatastroIntel. Our compilation, normalization, scoring, and presentation of this data constitutes original work protected under applicable law.
You retain ownership of any data you provide to us (account information, search queries). You grant us a limited license to use that data to operate and improve the Service.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, CATASTROINTEL SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, LOSS OF GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE TOTAL FEES PAID BY YOU TO CATASTROINTEL IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages. In such jurisdictions, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CatastroIntel LLC and its officers, members, employees, agents, and successors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in any way connected with:
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Laramie County, Wyoming, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
Before initiating formal legal proceedings, you agree to contact us at admin@catastrointel.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email to your registered address at least 30 days before taking effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, or as required by law. Upon termination, all licenses granted herein immediately cease. Sections 7, 8, 9, 10, and 11 survive termination.
